As the legendary Paul Carty (1980) prepares to retire from the Guinness Storehouse 21 million visitors and 20 years later – his contribution to Irish Tourism can’t be underestimated.
Everything that the Guinness Storehouse had achieved is through his leadership and kindness – his warmth and sincerity shines through at every meeting.
He recently oversaw the opening of the New Gravity Bar and if that wasn’t enough, he hosted the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during their recent visit.
Wishing you a long and happy retirement Paul – it is well deserved. I look forward to seeing you and Aggie at many Alumni and Shannon College of Hotel Management events in the future! Thank you for your continued support of all things Shannon College!
