What advice do you have for current SCHM students who are looking for inspiration and hope?
Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Travel will return, eating out will as well. Service styles may change and how people travel may also but once people have the opportunity to do so, opportunities will be endless and Shannon College Students will be best positioned to create the new face of hospitality in Ireland when we get the chance to welcome the thousands of tourists who will no doubt flock back to Ireland when the time allows. True hospitality is about to become even more important.
