Learning & Development Cooordinator
We are seeking an exceptional Learning & Development Coordinator (Fixed Term contract – 9 months) to join the Maybourne Corporate Office Human Resources team.

Under the guidance of the Group Director of Learning & Development, the role will be key to supporting co-ordination and administration of Maybourne Group L&D activities and will be an enabler for L&D managers to drive further levels of competence in the business. As a pivotal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promote learning and development, on and off the job and for all levels of employee within the Hotels and Maybourne Corporate.
Main responsibilities of the Learning & Development Coordinator role include but are not limited to:
·To be wholly responsible for the Maybourne Corporate Office Learning Centre and associated areas. Ensuring learners receive a warm welcome; the space is maintained and resourced to reflect the quality of the Maybourne brand.
·To effectively manage L&D administration including, setting up new suppliers; raising purchase orders; arranging meeting and event space; maintaining training records and processing invoices for payment.
·Arrange and co-ordinate induction/ introductory meeting plans for key new colleagues joining the business and Maybourne Immersion plans for colleagues coming to London.
·Support and help organise Maybourne Corporate Office colleague engagement initiatives.
·Manage the administration of off job training, recording nominations, sending out joining instructions and pre-course forms in a timely manner, following up with feedback forms and issuing certificates.
·Assist with organising and facilitating hotel show rounds for educational institutions and any other partners. Communicating that all visitors are appropriately dressed to reflect the environments they are visiting.
·To help to manage the design, development, implementation and delivery of training programmes to meet identified needs ensuring guest service, quality, profit enhancement and staff security and safety.
·To assist fellow Learning & Development and HR colleagues across Maybourne Hotel Group with co-ordinating training programmes.

Successful candidates for our Learning & Development Coordinator opportunity will:
·Previous coordinator / administrative experience within the hospitality industry is desirable.
·Experience working in Corporate office environment is desirable.
·Knowledge of Microsoft software.
·Ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
·Ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
·Have strong organisational and time management skills.
·Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
·Have a high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality.
