What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a management role within the luxury hotel industry, preferably as a Resident Manager or in a senior operational capacity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A good understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail.
