This is a unique opportunity with the possibility of further career growth within the Red Carnation Hotel Collection upon completion of the maternity cover.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a management role within the luxury hotel industry, preferably as a Resident Manager or in a senior operational capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • A good understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail.
