- Proven leadership skills and a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach to hotel management.
- Experience working in some of the finest 5 star hotels in either the UK, Middle East or Mainland Europe preferable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Professional certifications in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Proven success in similar managerial roles within the luxury hospitality sector.
