The newly inaugurated Dubai Chapter welcomed their first SCHM visitor to Dubai recently when Sean T. Ruane, Lecturer in Culinary, Strategic Management and Tourism in SCHM, joined them on his way back from visiting the Seychelles Tourism Academy.
