Class of 1970

I’m out of the Operational end of things for 12 years now. Technology and ‘modus operandi’ may change but the basic core values of being a Hotelier and creating and maintaining guests will never change.

I did a diploma in Coaching when I retired and I have had some practical experiences with younger and middle managers who wish to develop their careers and an agenda.

It is all about the conversation around their agenda and  I can lend an ear.
