Shannon College of Hotel Management launches Certificate in Hotel Leadership in partnership with Conor Kenny & Associates
Shannon College of Hotel Management, the world leading hotel management college, founded in 1951, and a college of NUI Galway since 2015, is partnering with leading hotel training & professional development firm, Conor Kenny & Associates, to launch Ireland’s first University awarded Certificate course in Hotel Leadership.
The course, which will commence in January 2017, will provide hotel managers and senior hotel staff with a practical and implementable understanding of leadership as it applies to the hotel and hospitality industry today. The course, which has new, bespoke content, brings together a world renowned hotel management college and a leading advisory firm, to provide both new and seasoned hotel managers with insights into managing and motivating people, hotel leadership and driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.
It is the only University awarded Certificate programme, exclusively for hoteliers, developed and delivered in Ireland. It will combine theory, research, expertise and practical lessons from a world-leading hotelier. It will also include business leaders from outside the industry that have reached the highest levels of success in their own sector.
